From contractor to marketing expert
Port Huron, Michigan
From 2003 to 2008, Chadwick worked with Joe Balkwill at Home Improvements Remodeling, a remodeling company specializing in kitchens and baths. Based in Port Huron, Michigan, they served customers throughout Port Huron and the surrounding areas. Working alongside Joe gave him real insight into the challenges contractors face daily—from managing crews to competing for jobs.
Family Farm & Learning to Code
After Home Improvements Remodeling, Chadwick ran the family farm. During the winters, he started building websites and teaching himself to code. This self-taught journey into web development laid the groundwork for what would eventually become RAD Web Solutions in 2015. Once RAD Web was founded, farming became more of a hobby as he focused on growing his web development business, which later rebranded to RAD SEO.
RAD Web Solutions Founded
Building on years of self-taught coding and website building experience, Chadwick officially founded RAD Web Solutions in 2015, focusing on web development for various businesses, including contractors. He recognized the evolving needs of the industry and began shifting his focus toward comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
The Move to Arizona & Birth of RAD SEO
In 2021, Chadwick and his wife Michele moved to Surprise, Arizona, to be closer to their nine grandkids. This move also marked a pivotal moment in his career, leading to the rebranding of RAD Web Solutions as RAD SEO. The rebranding allowed Chadwick to combine his love for family with his passion for helping contractors succeed.
